No doctor–patient relationship through the website
Using this website, sending the booking form or contacting the clinic on WhatsApp does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins with an examination at the clinic.
Emergencies
If you have urgent symptoms, such as a leg that suddenly turns cold and pale with severe pain, sudden weakness on one side of the body, sudden severe pain in the abdomen or back, or an infected foot wound with fever in someone with diabetes, go to the emergency department immediately. Do not wait for an appointment.
